RECIPE NAME: WHITE QUESO

INGREDIENTS:
10 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 can (7 oz.) mild green chilies
1 can Rotel, drained
1/3 cup onions, chopped fine
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
Mix ingredients together and bake in a covered dish at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally until all is melted and hot. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

MY TIP:
This can be done in the microwave, but is better hot from the oven.
