RECIPE NAME: CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE MINT BALLS

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. (100z.) mint chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cups chocolate wafer crumbs (about 22 wafers)
White jimmies

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
In a double boiler, melt chips and butter, stir until smooth. Stir in milk. Add wafer crumbs; mix to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle.

Roll in 1-inch balls; roll in jimmies.

Store in a plastic container. May be frozen up to 3 months.
