RECIPE NAME: CHERRY COFFEE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup margarine
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

**Also 1 can cherry pie filling; set aside

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
Cream the first 5 ingredients.
Mix the next three ingredients together
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Mix with a mixer until combined.
Remove 1 cup batter and set aside.
Spread batter in a greased jelly roll pan.
Spread 1 can of cherry pie filling over the top.
Drop reserved batter by spoonfuls all over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Drizzle lightly with vanilla frosting.
