RECIPE NAME: TEXAS "CAVIAR"

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can Rotel, drained
2 cups chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup jalapeno, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 - 8oz. bottle Italian Dressing
1 - 4oz. jar chopped pimento, drained

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir gently to blend. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn chips.
