RECIPE NAME: BELGIAN BUN LOAF

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups raisins
1/4 cup Margarine/butter
Put all these into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir and let it cool.
Stir in:
2 cups flour
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. Bicarbonate soda


HOW TO MAKE THIS:
Put the mixture into a baking tin (loaf pan). Cook for one hour on the middle shelf at 350-375 degrees.
