RECIPE NAME: PEAR POUND CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 large eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
3 cups chopped pears
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
Combine sugar, oil, eggs, flour, salt, soda, & spices. Stir in pears and nuts. Bake in 300 degree oven for an hour and fifteen minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in a bundt pan.
