RECIPE NAME: PECAN PIE MINI MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans. Add butter and eggs. Fill miniature
muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 2 ½ dozen.

MY TIP:
If using dark pans, bake at 325 degrees.
