RECIPE NAME: PINEAPPLE GINGER DIP

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons, unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 to 2 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
Mix ingredients together in order and serve chilled with fresh fruit.
